Raphael Maklouf Obverse Portrait

All four coins in this set feature Raphael Maklouf's definitive coinage portrait of Queen Elizabeth II on the reverse, used on UK coins from 1985 to 1997. The inscription reads 'ELIZABETH II DEI · GRA · REG · F · D' or similar.

Classic Saint George Reverse

The three Sovereigns in this set all feature the instantly recognisable image of England's patron saint, St George, mounted on a rearing horse, pointing his sword at a winged dragon. This historic design is the work of Benedetto Pistrucci.
