This page covers our dispatch, shipping and collection policies for purchases made on this website. Different policies may apply to goods purchased through our eBay and Etsy stores.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed via our website can only be delivered to the billing address for the payment card used during checkout. If your billing and delivery addresses do not match, your order may be referred to our accounts team for further checks.
We aim to dispatch orders within one to three working days of receiving payment. Our team picks and packs orders Monday to Friday, and during busy periods, it may take us a little longer to ship your coins. We cannot guarantee delivery by or on a specific date, though we will do our best to fulfil specific requests.
If one of our coins cannot be dispatched within this window (e.g., coins sold on commission or pre-order items), this will be indicated on the product page below the price.
Our Delivery Methods
The majority of our orders are sent via Royal Mail because we find their services more reliable than other couriers.

| Orders Over £100 | Sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® - this next day, signed for service guarantees delivery before 1pm on weekdays. |
We do not offer next-day delivery. Royal Mail services advertised as 'next day' promise delivery the next day after dispatch, not the day after you place your order.
If you require expedited dispatch or special delivery arrangements, please contact our team before making your purchase, and we will do our best to assist.
International Delivery
We deliver to all countries except North Korea, Russia, and Ukraine.
Our flat rate international delivery fee of £15 is charged at checkout. The same fee applies, regardless of the size, weight and value of your order.
We use Royal Mail for most international orders, though large or high-value deliveries may be shipped via other well-known courier services, including UPS, Parcelforce and FedEx at our cost.
A small number of heavy-weight bulk items cannot be shipped internationally. This is indicated clearly on the product page.
Order Tracking
Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. For items dispatched via Royal Mail, you can use their website to follow the progress of your delivery.
Please note that it may take a few hours after dispatch for full tracking information to show up in the Royal Mail portal. If you are not able to track your parcel 48 hours after dispatch, please contact us.
Secure, Discrete Packaging
We primarily use recyclable and/or biodegradable materials to package orders. Our boxes and padded envelopes are securely filled and sealed to ensure your coins will not rattle, open or sustain damage during transit.
All orders are picked and packaged under closed-circuit cameras and weighed before dispatch.
Our packing materials and labels are all discrete and minimally branded with no indication of the contents to the casual observer. For customs purposes, we are required to declare the value and contents of your package on the paperwork included with international orders.
Can I Collect My Order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a click-and-collect service for orders placed on our website. Stock is not stored onsite and cannot be collected from our Valuation Centre.
For custom or wholesale orders, please contact our team to discuss appointment-based pick-ups.
What If I Am Not In For Delivery?
If Royal Mail are unable to obtain a signature for your signed-for parcel, they will leave an attempted delivery notification card. This allows you to collect from your nearest sorting office or organise a re-delivery at your convenience.
If you are away during the likely delivery window and would like your dispatch rescheduled, please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to rearrange the delivery date once an order has been dispatched.
Damaged And Missing Orders
If you suspect your parcel has been tampered with or damaged during transit, do not sign for delivery; ask the courier to initiate a damage report on their handheld device.
If you discover damage after signing for your parcel, please report it to us as soon as possible. If the postal packaging shows significant damage, please take photos before opening the parcel.
If your order has not arrived, then we recommend contacting the courier in the first instance. If your delivery cannot be located by the courier, please contact our team, who will work with our delivery partners to investigate the issue. Please note that we cannot accept any liability for loss once a package has been accepted by any person at the delivery address.
Returns, Refunds And Exchanges
