All our prices are inclusive of UK shipping. We will select the most appropriate method of shipping according to the overall value of your order.
Being a business that conducts high value transactions, please understand that in certain circumstances additional security checks may be necessary. It is important to note that we only ship to the cardholder's billing address. During checkout, your address will be validated against the registered address held by the card issuer. If that security check fails, your delivery may be delayed whilst we obtain satisfactory proof the order is legitimate.
Methods of Delivery
Orders under £20
Orders under £20 are sent tracked with no signature required - your delivery will take up to seven days to arrive from the date of dispatch.
Orders £20 - £50
Orders of a value between £20 and £50 will be sent via Royal Mail First Class 'Signed For' - a signature is required to receive your item. Your delivery will take typically one to three working days from the date of dispatch.
Orders over £50
If your order is over £50, we will send it Royal Mail Special Delivery - this is a next day delivery service and a signature is required. Your item will arrive before 1pm.
If Royal Mail are unable to obtain a signature, they will leave an attempted delivery notification card for you to arrange collection from your nearest sorting office or organise a re-delivery at your convenience.
IMPORTANT - If you suspect your package has been tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately on 01793 205 007.
We deliver to all countries with the exception of North Korea. All payments are to be made in Pound Sterling currency. We have a flat rate internation shipping charge of £15.
Dispatch times do vary, depending on stock availability and we do clearly indicate shipping timescales against each item. Where products are in-hand, we aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours of receiving cleared funds, Monday to Friday.
Due to high demand and the ongoing Covid-19 situation, some bullion orders are taking longer to fulfill. Unfortunately, this is an industry-wide problem which is out of our control.
Collection of Online Purchases
Should you wish to collect your order in person, our location is 143 High Street, Royal Wootton Bassett, SN4 7AB. Our counter service is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 3.30pm. This is a secure and safe location, we operate a one in/one out system at all times. We have local parking on Station Road or on the High Street.
