Reverse Of Edward VII Canada Sovereigns
The reverse of this 1909 coin features Benedetto Pistrucci's iconic interpretation of the Saint George and the dragon legend, showing England's patron saint pointing his sword at a prone beast from a rearing horse. The date (1909) appears below with the artist's initials to the right and a 'C' mintmark for Canada to the ground above.
