Collectable 2017 brilliant uncirculated 1oz silver Britannia from The Royal Mint. BU Britannias are a relatively new addition to the Mint's Britannia collection and are minted in much lower numbers than their bullion counterparts. This 2017 edition is from a mintage of just 4,056 coins and features the classic Britannia motif on the reverse, designed by Philip Nathan. His image of Britannia standing proud with her trident, shield and olive branch is a hallmark of this popular British coin series, having appeared on these coins since their introduction. Its shown on this 2017 BUnc coin without the textured background seen on contemporary investment coins, resulting in a uniform high-shine finish.
