* Images are of the actual product not stock images

On 2 May 2015, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge welcomed Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana into the world. To celebrate this special royal occasion, The Royal Mint released this silver proof five pound coin, part of a small collection dedicated to the Princess. This commemorative coin has a reverse designed by John Berghdahl, the same engraver that created the coin commemorating Prince George’s birth. The legend around reads ‘TO CELEBRATE THE BIRTH OF THE SECOND CHILD OF’. This is continued in the central crowned, decorative roundel which features the words: ’THE Duke and Duchess of CAMBRIDGE’ in the centre with the date (’2015’) below. The obverse shows the official portrait by Jody Clark of Princess Charlottes’ great-grandmother, Elizabeth II. This coin is struck to proof standard in 28.28 grams of .925 sterling silver and is from a limited edition presentation of 9,500 pieces. You’ll receive this Crown coin in its original packaging from The Royal Mint with a numbered certificate of authenticity.
