Five Portraits Of A Queen Coins

Get all five two-ounce gold proof Portraits of a Queen coins from The Royal Mint, including:

Remastered Royal Portraits

The five coinage portraits of Queen Elizabeth II have been remastered for this modern collector's series by The Royal Mint's Chief Engraver, Gordon Summers, who has set each design against an attractive radial background.

2oz Gold Proof Coins

Each of these coins is struck in two troy ounces of solid 9999 (24-carat) fine gold with a proof finish. These are the largest gold coins in the Queen Elizabeth II effigy collection and some of the most difficult to obtain.

Low Mintage Royal Mint Releases

The Royal Mint authorised the release of 50 of the first three coins in the series (Mary Gillick, Arnold Machin and Raphael Maklouf) and 35 of the latter two (Ian Rank-Broadley and Jody Clark). These are the lowest mintages in the range by some margin.

Exclusive To Britannia Coin Co

You can only get these two-ounce gold proof Portraits of a Queen coins in new condition from The Britannia Coin Company. Each coin is supplied in an individual display case, complete with a certificate of authenticity.
