Add a fractional 24-carat gold proof 1/40oz 2015 Britannia to your collection today, supplied in the original presentation folder from The Royal Mint.
2015 Britannias were the first to show Jody Clark's effigy of Queen Elizabeth II on the obverse. This portrait is paired with Anthony Dufort's elegant head-and-shoulders bust of Britannia, bearing a trident and her shield and set against a seaside backdrop with a sailing ship in the distance.

Anthony Dufort's Britannia design for 2015 is also featured on UK £2 coins and depicts Britannia in profile, with a trident slung over her shoulder. The words '1/40 oz FINE GOLD 999.9 2015' are shown to the left with 'BRITANNIA' to the right.
Jody Clark designed the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II that appears on the obverse of this 2015 coin from The Royal Mint, together with an inscription that reads 'ELIZABETH II · D · G · REG · F · D · 50 PENCE ·'.
This fortieth-ounce coin is struck in 0.80 grams of 999.9 (24-carat) fine gold with a proof finish. Denominated at 50p, these popular fractional coins measure just 8.00 millimetres in diameter from milled edge to milled edge.
The Royal Mint's published LEP for these coins was 7,500, but published records show that just 3,075 were actually issued. Since these 1/40oz Britannias are rarely issued in an individual presentation, they are very collectable.
This pre-owned 2015 coin is supplied in a card presentation folder, packed with information on the Britannia series and this year's design. A built-in coin capsule protects the coin from loss and damage.
