In 2018, in collaboration with IWM, The Royal Mint released this moving silver proof Five Pound coin to honour the individuals that have lost their lives in conflict since World War One. In a fitting and symbolic tribute to the fallen on the 100th year anniversary of the end of the Great War, this coin features a single blood red poppy on its reverse, designed by Laura Clancy. On the obverse, the coin is graced with a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Jody Clark. This piece is a wonderful way to honour the memory of the fallen. This extra-heavy piedfort coin one of just 846 minted, struck in 56.56 grams of .925 sterling silver. Your 2018 Remembrance Day coin will be delivered in its original packaging from The Royal Mint with a numbered certificate of authenticity.
