1887-2002 Golden Jubilee Silver Coin Set

Historic two-coin set, featuring British silver Crowns, issued to mark Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth II's Golden Jubilees.

Elizabeth II and Victoria are the only Queens in British history to celebrate their Golden Jubilees. Special coinage was introduced to mark both occasions, with Victoria's 1887 Golden Jubilee marked by the introduction of a new coinage portrait by Joseph Edgar Boehm.

• Both coins are struck in 28.28 grams of solid .925 sterling silver, the 2002 £5 with a proof finish
