2011 Royal Arms Shield One Pound Circulated Coin

2011 One Pound with classic Royal Shield design, created by Matthew Dent - a now withdrawn UK coin.

In 2011, The Royal Mint released three different £1 coins into circulation, including two from the Capital Cities collection: the Cardiff £1 and the Edinburgh £1. These coins feature the standard Royal Shield of Arms design, introduced in 2008.
