1997 Three Lions One Pound Circulated Coin

England Three Lions 1997 UK One Pound coin, featuring three lions passant guardant on the reverse, designed by Norman Sillman.

The final coin in The Royal Mint's 1994-2002 national emblems series for the £1 coin. This England design was also used on the 2002 £1. It's paired with Raphael Maklouf's portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, last used on UK coins issued in this year.
