This coin features Herennuis himself standing holding batton in one hand and a spear in the other, the letters S C appear either side of him representing ‘Senatus Consulto’ (by order of the senate) Etruscus Messius Decuis was the eldest son of Trajon Decus and achieved the rank of Ceaser in AD 250 and shortly after was unfortunately killed in a battle against the Goths, along with his farther.
