2019 Silver Kangaroo Obverse 

On the 2019 Silver Kangaroo's obverse, Ian Rank-Broadley's effigy of Elizabeth II is central. The legend reads 'ELIZABETH II  AUSTRALIA 2019'. This is notably the final Silver Kangaroo of this design, Jody Clark's work was used from 2020 onwards (this is unlike the UK, in which Clark's design was definitive from 2015). 

Reverse: 2019 Australian Kangaroo Coin  

The final design in the Seasons Change miniseries, which began in 2016, depicts the kangaroo now rearing its own joey. The autumnal scene, holding three kangaroos in total, is headed by the denominational legend 'ONE DOLLAR' followed by the specification below: '1oz .999 Ag'.

This .999 2019 1oz Kangaroo, struck to a 40.00 millimetre diameter, is made from 1.00 troy ounce of pure silver. The Royal Australian Mint finishes the $1 coin to a collectable uncirculated bullion standard.
