1992 Crowned Lion Ten Pence Silver Proof Coin And Banknote Set

Limited edition coin and banknote set from the Bank of England and The Royal Mint, celebrating two notable updates to British currency.

This set contains examples of the older, larger size Ten Pence and the new, smaller coin, both struck in solid .925 sterling silver with a proof finish. These are paired with an uncirculated series E banknote, introduced on 29 April 1992, and featuring a portrait of Charles Dickens.
