Piedfort silver proof 1982 UK 20p coin, issued by The Royal Mint to celebrate these coins entering circulation.

The Twenty Pence coin was introduced in 1982 to reduce the number of 10p coins in use and make wallets lighter. With a similar equilateral curve heptagon shape to the Fifty Pence, the 20p was first struck with an iconic crowned Tudor rose design, created by William Gardner.
