1938 Threepence George VI Silver Coin

Historic 1938 UK silver Threepence, struck at the Royal Mint in London on the eve of the Second World War.

These collectable British coins display George Kruger Gray's design with a shield of arms over a Tudor rose, the date (1938) on either side. The obverse displays Humphrey Paget's classic, uncrowned left-facing portrait of the monarch, used across King George VI's coinage.
