1911 Florin George V Silver Coin

Collectable 1911 King George V silver Florin, featuring a left-facing portrait of the newly crowned monarch by Edgar Bertram Mackennal.

This effigy is accompanied by an inscription that reads 'GEORGIVS V D. G. BRITT: OMN: REX F. D. IND: IMP:'. The historic everse, designed by Leonard Charles Wyon shows crowned cruciform shields of arms with sceptres in the angles and a garter star in the center.
