Piedfort 2025 Sovereigns have a reverse inspired by the 1825 Sovereign, created during the reign of George IV by Jean Baptiste Merlen. This crowned shield design is surrounded by a legend which reads 'ARMA GEORGII IV BRITANNIARUM REGIS'.
