Four Nations gold proof 1/4oz coin from The Royal Mint/ This design was originally seen on the so-called Last Round Pound, struck in 2016, just before the new bi-metallic £1 coin was introduced. Now updated with a Tudor Crown, this appealing engraving, created by Gregory Cameron, shows four heraldic beasts, representing the constituent nations of the United Kingdom: a lion, a dragon, a unicorn and a stag. A portrait of King Charles III is shown on the obverse. Just 300 of these quarter-ounce 999 gold proof coins have been released by The Royal Mint. This pre-owned example is supplied in its original presentation packaging, complete with a numbered certificate of authenticity.
