Silver proof piedfort UK Annual Set from The Royal Mint, including three commemorative coins, issued in 2004.

2004 saw the release of four one-year-only designs: the 2004 Four Minute Mile 50p, the 2004 Steam Locomotive £2 and the Forth Rail Bridge £1. These editions are struck in solid .925 sterling silver in a double-weight, double-thickness piedfort proof format.

• No more than 7,500 of these three-coin sets were issued by the Mint in 2004
