Here is an impressive six-coin collection of Eastern Caribbean coinage, struck to BU quality to mark the 1997 mintage. This 1997 set is struck by The Royal Mint under commission by the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank and includes the coins from 1¢ to $1. The first three are struck in aluminium and bear a design featuring palm branches. Two are also scalloped. The remaining coins are round, struck in aluminium, and bear a reverse featuring Sir Francis Drake's Golden Hind. This collectable set, issued by the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank, is pre-owned and ships complete with the original presentation folder.

About The 1997 Eastern Caribbean BU Set

Sir Francis Drake's flagship, the Golden Hind, forms the basis of the reverse design of three of these coins. The three smallest denominations, however, bear a crossed palm branch depiction. Both designs are classic and enduring entries in the Eastern Caribbean's coinage history. The set is struck by The Royal Mint and commissioned by the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank.
