In 1995, the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank released this collectable coin set of its definitive denominations. From 1 Cent to One Dollar, the six coins included in this set were struck under commission by The Royal Mint to its brilliant uncirculated standard. The one, three, and Five Cent coins feature a floral reverse consisting of pine branches, while the larger denominations show a grand representation of the Golden Hind, key to the early history of the States. Notable also are the scalloped edges of the 1¢ and 5¢, and the squared edge of the 2¢. The original presentation folder is included with your collection of cupronickel and aluminium coins. About The 1995 Eastern Caribbean BU Set

These collectable coins pair the shared Elizabeth II obverse with one of two definitive reverse designs. The first crossed palm branches for a floral display, while the others depict the Golden Hind, Sir Francis Drake's flagship. The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank commissioned The Royal Mint to produce the set for distribution to collectors worldwide.

Three of the coins (1¢, 2¢, and 5¢) are struck in aluminium, while three (25¢, 50¢ and $1) are composed of cupronickel. All are struck to BU standard. They are round, scalloped, or square, offering an attractive variety.
