2008 Queen Elizabeth I Five Pound Coin

450th Anniversary of the Accession of Queen Elizabeth I 2008 commemorative cupronickel Five Pound coins from The Royal Mint.

Queen Elizabeth I was the last and longest reigning monarch of the House of Tudor and gave her name to the Elizabethan era. These commemorative coins feature a bust of Elizabeth by Rod Kelly with 'ELIZABETH REGINA' above and 'MDLVIII' (1558) and 'MMVIII' (2008) below.
