1999 Princess Diana Five Pound Coin

Very collectable official Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial 1999 cupronickel Five Pound coin from The Royal Mint.

These commemorative coins were issued a couple of years after the tragic death of Princess Diana and feature an elegant portrait of the People's Princess by David Cornell with the dates 1961 and 1997. The other side features a bust of Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank-Broadley.
