A collectable hammered silver penny of king Edward the Third struck at the tower mint in London between the years 1327 and 1377. This coin from the third or “Florin’ issue has the lombardic style ’n’ with the obverse featuring the crowned facing bust of the king and the reverse showing typically long cross with the three pellets in the quarters and the wording for the city and mint.
